Bastion, the gentle robot
I’m pretty excited forOverwatch. Not just because we rarely get a real arena shooter these days — the track record of Blizzard is near-flawless (yes, I even enjoyed vanillaDiablo III). It’s interesting to see them going in a completely different direction with a brand new FPS IP, but here we are, and I’m impressed so far.
In this pair of videos you’ll get a chance to see Zarya and Bastion. The former character uses a variety of moves that center around particle shields and support abilities, while the latter can take advantage of a “Sentry” mode, which causes him to be a damage-dealing turret of sorts with low mobility.
