Yellow Thunder is mostly focused on mobility so I would look for stun or DPS orientedElementslike Ice or Fire. Boost up your Ninjutsu and you have a powerful build since Yellow Thunder’s Rasengan and other damage moves scale with Ninjutsu as well. You can also double up on mobility and get some nice stun moves with Thunder. Though it would be useful for PVP, it might be overkill for PVE.
