For example, only Normal Difficulty dungeons are unlocked until the global launch release on August 26. Also, daily quests and specializations for professions will not be active until global launch either. Finally, only Delves up to Tier 3 are doable during the Early Access launch.
Once global launch occurs, you will then be able to do Heroic difficulty dungeons, and fully utilize your professions and level them. However, Delves will still only go up to Tier 3 until two weeks after launch with Mythic 0 dungeons unlock as well as the PvP season.
