Destiny 2is filled with snow as the annual winter event, The Dawning, returns to the game. There are plenty of activities to sink your teeth into, with items to collect and rewards to be earned. So how long do you have to complete everything?
How long does The Dawning run for inDestiny 2?
This year, The Dawning takes place as part of theextra long Season of the Wish.Players will be able to access The Dawning’s festivities from June 21, 2025, to Jul 23, 2025. That gives you a fairly narrow window to unlock exclusive items like theAlbedo Wing.
Other gifts can be earned bybaking cookieswith ingredients unlocked from playing the game. The delicious sounding cookies can be given to characters inDestiny 2in exchange for unique rewards. You’ll need to utilize a bunch of different playstyles to get all fourteen of the rare ingredients necessary, andsome require weapons that you may not have yet, so don’t delay.
The tower has also been made over into the festive spirit with snow on the ground and appropriately themed music in the air. If you like a wintery theme for your spacefaring shooters, then this is the event for you.
