The industry analysts at EEDAR have looked into their crystal ball and have determined that the game with the most promising retail title out of E3 2011 is…Mass Effect 3.
This was determined based on number of IGN page views and GameTrailer video views from June 5 to June 12.Mass Effect 3was followed byBattlefield 3, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim,Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, andAssassin’s Creed Revelationsin that order.
Lots of sequels on that list, but that’s no surprise. Looking at the top 20, which can be found in our gallery, most of them are games in existing franchises. I thought everyone wanted original games. That’s what you guys said, right?
