I love agood minimalist takeon a piece of modern pop culture, even more so when the result taps into good ol’ 8-bit gaming nostalgia. To that end, graphic designer Eric Palmer has whipped up a set of NES-style movie poster demakes. They look to be inspired byMega Manspecifically more than anything else, butMega Mansprites are pretty versatile to begin with, so no complaints here.
The posters — which include homages to300,The Dark Knight,Jurassic Park, and more — range from the subtle to adorable recreations of memorable scenes. Take, for instance, the tastefulTitanicposter above. That is comedic brilliance at its finest, folks!
