AllGTA 4weapon, health, and wanted level cheats
Unlike in previousGTAgames, where you had to press a combination of buttons to spawn the cheat of your choice,GTA 4makes use of the phone system. Here, your cheats are entered by calling a number on the phone.
To call a number, bring up your phone with the Up directional button, then press up again to bring up the keypad. Type in one of the numbers below and then press call. You’ll get a notification in the top left of the screen saying that the cheat has been activated and an additional notification if the active cheat stops you from earning achievements. You’ll be able to earn the achievements again once the cheat is deactivated. To deactivate a cheat, either reload your last save or restart the game.
The basic cheats, such as the ones below, can be used anywhere inGTA 4, including in the expansionsThe Lost and DamnedandThe Ballad of Gay Tony. However, each expansion also has its own set of cheats that can only be used when playing that version.The Lost and DamnedandThe Ballad of GayTonycheats are listed separately below.

As expected, due toThe Lost and Damnedbeing a biker story, most of the exclusive vehicles are bikes.
WhileThe Lost and Damnedhas some cool exclusive bikes that fit the theme of the expansion,The Ballad of Gay Tonyhas some of the best cheats inGTA 4. So much so that it’s worth loading upThe Ballad of Gay Tonyover the main game if you’re after some hectic fun. Are there plane and money cheats inGTA 4?
Two of the most popular cheats inGTAgames are infinite money and cheats that spawn planes. Unfortunately, there are no such cheats inGTA 4. Once you’re far enough in the game, it is possible to spawn cars to sell, but that’s as close as you’ll get to a money cheat.
As for planes, they aren’t able to be flown inGTA 4, unlike inGTA 5. The Liberty City map is much smaller than Los Santos, so it doesn’t allow for the same aerial experience. Fortunately, helicopters are better for getting around the city anyway.
