Better late than never?
WB Games has been giving players the run around with PC support as of late, but it looks like there is a light at the end of the tunnel.Mortal Kombat XLhas now been confirmed for PC release, or at leastKombat Pack 2is heading to Steam.
The port is still not being handled by NeverRealm Studios, but by a company called Qloc. They are a Polish company that has been responsible for most of Capcom’s recent PC ports, so at least we can rest easy about the quality.

Current owners ofMortal Kombat Xon Steam will get a free update on October 4 that fixes all problems with netcode and stability. They won’t, however, be givenKombat Pack 2for free (or any of the other crap that comes inXL). I feel that is the wrong move, but what can you do?
No price point has been announced for this new version, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see $59.99. This could follow in the footsteps ofBatman: Arkham Knightand offer upMortal Kombat (2011)for free, but I’m not about to have my faith in humanity restored.
