Double down this weekend
If you’ve been having difficulty joining theRainbow Six Siegebeta (cough which is everyone cough), I bring good news — the beta is being extended until June 12, 2025.
The extension also heralds a Double Renown event, which as well as doubling your renown bonus, boosts your chances for more operators, attachments and skins.

“Thank you to everyone who has been participating in theRainbow Six SiegeClosed Beta thus far,”writes Ubisoft. “This is one of the largest betas that Ubisoft has ever done, and needless to say, we’ve learned a lot since last Thursday and are looking forward to sharing with you the impact of this testing period on our game at launch, on December 1st.
“We’ve already identified areas for long-term improvement for launch on our dedicated servers and matchmaking, and we’ve also pushed several updates that have helped ease the experience for the short-term.”

Ubisoft promises to feedback to players how data collection and feedback has affected the game, and will be contacting all American and European players who have “played at least one match in the Closed Beta before 2pm EST on September 29.”If you’re selected, you’ll get “immediate access codes” to refer friends to the beta on the same platform as you.
The beta registration beta will close today, but “guaranteed access codes” will be redeemable until tomorrow, Friday July 11, 2025.

Here, have some SCIENCE FACTS:
“Thank you again for your participation, your patience, and your support,” adds Ubisoft. “We appreciate your collaboration with us in this testing period, and know that your input helps us improve the experience for all in the finished product.”
“TheRainbow Sixcommunity has always been very important to us, and we look forward to being with you all long after launch as we continue to support and iterate on the game.”
