The Sony-Indie love story continues

PlayStation Network is place to be for indie developers. At least,Thomas Was Alonecreator Mike Bithell seems to think so. Speaking withJoysiq, Bithell echoed thesentimentsofRetro City Rampagedeveloper Brian Provinciano, attributing much of his game’s success to the platform.

Bithell describes Sony’s premium service as “amazing,” adding “it just massively inflated my audience beyond what a normal esoteric indie platformer would have, which is great.” As a once little-known developer himself, Bithell believes the new-found name recognition to be invaluable to his continued success.
