For a convention like PAX, it’s the independent games that are consistently worth seeing above just about anything else on the show floor. Sure, the big-name titles are usually worth checking out as well if you can handle the lines, but it’s the indies that tend to come up when you ask the obligatory “What’s your favorite thing here?” question to fellow attendees. There were plenty of games to download on the PlayStation Network this year. I’m still kind of new to this downloading, though. Call me old-fashioned, but I like the box and manual.
