Dry is good but wind is better

It may seem like Hello Games’ attention has been solely onNo Man’s Skyfor the last few years. After a tumultuous launch,No Man’s Skyhas finally found favor among those who still pay attention to it, thanks largely to aseries of free updatesthat have completely transformed the game. However, Hello Games has been working on something else too, and it has been mostly under the radar this whole time.

First revealed at The Game Awards in 2018,The Last Campfireis Hello Games’ new light adventure title. It looks like a cutesy whimsical puzzle game with the sort of indie charm we’re used to, but the emotive way everything moves in the trailer might lead you to believeThe Last Campfirehas some gut punches up its sleeve. TheSteam pagedescribes it as “an adventure, a story of a lost ember trapped in a puzzling place, searching for meaning and a way home.”
