Congratulations are in order for the makers ofIndie Game: The Movie. Announced this week, it will be one of fourteen in the World Cinema Documentary Competition of the 2012 Sundance Film Festival.

Following the movie’s debut at the festival, the next showing will take place at Winnipeg in early February, with an eventual DVD and digital release sometime later. I’ve found every clip released so far to be captivating, though that’s pretty expected given my interest in independent games.
