At long last, crossplay arrives inBaldur’s Gate 3during its eighth and final major patch. If you’re on PC and want to play with friends on consoles (or vice versa), you’ll finally have the chance to use this feature.
I’ve been looking forward to this for a while. I’ve enjoyed playthroughs with fellow PC friends, but knowing I can experience this with long-time friends who recently got it on PS5 is just as exciting. Let’s talk about how to enableBG3’scrossplay features.

How to enable crossplay in BG3
Here’s a complete step-by-step to enabling crossplay inBG3so you can start playing with friends on other platforms:
After completing these steps, you and your friends have free rein to join each other’s lobbies, regardless of your platform. That way, if you’re a console player and want a PC friend to hop into your game, you can invite them without using mods or questionable third-party programs.

Similarly, you may create a lobby by repeating the first three steps above and selecting “Create” in the crossplay menu. You’ll be able to customize you settings before launching the server, letting your friends or random players join even if they’re on different devices.
How to turn off crossplay in BG3
