Though it isn’t as advertised as other modes in the game, this is how to join a tournament inFortnite.

Before you can enter a tournament, you should make sure you complete or have the following:

With that out of the way, head to the “Compete” tab in the main menu. There will be a handful of tournaments. There are platform-specific ones, while there are also more general ones.

It’s important to check the dates and times when these start. Oftentimes, you may be able to select the events, but they are not unavailable due to them having finished or not starting yet.

You can check when the next tournament session starts on top of an event’s graphic. It’ll tell you that some events will start in a number of days. It’s good to plan around that if you want to participate and potentially win money if you climb the ranks far enough.

The format and ruleset for most of these modes will be just like the Competitive and Arena modes. It’ll be a standard battle royale with 100 players with standard gravity and HP values.
