The cave leads to the Ellac River and is when you’ll need to utilize your parkour skills. From this point on, the path is fairly linear, but you’ll be required to hop from pillar to pillar until you reach theEllac River Downstreamsite of grace.

You should be able to see theGhostflame Dragonpatrolling the meadow. Hug the left treeline to avoid him. You’ll eventually move up a hill that contains the Cerulean Coast map fragment. With the map fragment in hand, you’re free to discover the rest of what the Cerulean Coast has to offer.
