The Fischmas update inFischis now live, and there are 15 fresh catches to get if you want to fill out the limited Winter bestiary.

The fishes that you’ll add to complete the list are part of the Winter Village. While you’re able to get all of them by fishing in the Winter Village, you can save a lot of time with the correct gear and locations. Let’s take a look at the full list of all fish/items that are part of the limited Winter Fisch bestiary.

How to get all the limited Winter catches in Fisch

To complete the bestiary, all the available fishes will have to be caught. In case you didn’t anticipate, you can also reel in a few items added as part of the festive season.

For most parts, the Fischmas update and its catches are well suited if you have reached the mid-game, as you’ll need theSteady Rod. There are reported instances where players have managed to catch the items with an inferior rod, but that will largely come down to luck.

The items seem to be evenly spread out all around the coast, so reeling them in is pretty simple. As for the fishes, I have yet to find a specialized spot for them to spawn. This is beneficial in one way, but it also makes you rely heavily on luck. Once we have a more precise idea about where the fish spawn in particular, the locations will be updated. For the time being, make sure that the weather and other natural conditions are met.
