Sun’s out, guns out. Beta’s out, PC minimum and recommended specs out. Not as catchy, twice as important.
TheCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold Waropen beta is nearly upon us and that means it’s time to figure out if your rig can handle the rigors of war. Activision has revealed the beta’s minimum and recommended specs (which should serve more or less as the full game’s final specs with the possible exception of storage space).

As always, the caliber’s a bit bigger for ideal performance:

The main draw to participating in the open beta (apart from playing a high-profile game weeks before launch) is that anyone who reaches level 10 will get a blueprint for the Mutual Animosity SMG in the full game.
