The captain of the Special Security and Surveillance Patrol is on her way toGenshin Impact, and if you’re pulling for her, you may be wondering what she needs to level up. Here are all of Chevreuse’s Ascension materials and where to find them!
Character Ascension
Fontemer Unihorn
Chevreuse uses Fontemer Unihorns, which drop from the Millennial Pearl Seahorse. This world boss can be found in an underwater cave north of Mont Esus East.
You’ll need 46 of these in total, which will take an average of 18 boss runs or about 720 Resin at World Level 8.
Lumidouce Bells
Lumidouce Bells are local specialties that growall around Fontainein clusters of three. If you equip the Seed Dispensary gadget, you can harvest their seeds to grow more Lumidouce Bells in your Serenitea Pot.
You’ll need 168 flowers in total.
Meshing Gears
Gears can be obtained from various Meks both aboveground and underwater. Anything that looks mechanical will probably drop gears.
You’ll need a total of 18 Meshing Gears, 30 Mechanical Spur Gears, and 36 Artificed Dynamic Gears, more if you plan on leveling Talents.
Agnidus Agate
As a Pyro character, Chevreuse uses red Pyro gems to ascend. Gems can be obtained through commissions and world bosses, but the Millennial Pearl Seahorse doesn’t drop Pyro gems. If you’re short on agates, try using some Dust of Azoth to convert some other elemental gems to Pyro.
You’ll need 1 Sliver, 9 Fragments, 9 Chunks, and 6 Gemstones in total.
Talent Levels
Order Books
As a member of law enforcement, Chevreuse uses Order books to level up her Talents. You can farm these from the Fontaine Talent domain on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
You’ll need 9 brown books, 63 silver books, and 114 gold books to get all Talents to level 10. This translates to around 2,480 Resin, depending on your luck.
These drop from the various Mek enemies around Fontaine. You’ll need 18 Meshing Gears, 66 Mechanical Spur Gears, and 93 Artificed Dynamic Gears to fully level Chevreuse’s Talents, not including the materials for character Ascension.
Lightless Eye of the Maelstrom
Lightless Eyes of the Maelstrom drop from the All-Devouring Narwhal weekly boss. The boss domain unlocks after completing Fontaine’s Archon Quests, but you can also quick-start this challenge from the Adventurer’s Handbook.
You’ll need 18 Eyes in total, and since this you can only challenge this boss once a week, that means around 8 weeks of farming at the highest difficulty.
