A lot of people in the thread seem confused, especially those who don’t live in the states. Military bases are like little cities of their own, with plenty of shops (known as Base Exchanges/BXs/PXs) and outlets to choose from, some of which sell electronics. Anyone with a military ID can get you on base if you’re interested, though they will likely have to buy it during the actual checkout process with said ID.
