Just like your players, your staff members can also be improved as the seasons progress. You can use Staff Points to unlock new abilities . Now there’s plenty of options, but it’s always more efficient to pinpoint your choices. This will not only save your resources, but your staff members will improve faster.
Best coach abilities to unlock in Madden 25
It’s important to first note that all abilities have specific use-scenario. No ability that you unlock after an upgrade will be useless, but some are just better than the remaining ones.
Most of the head coaches will already have some nodes either fully unlocked or requiring partial upgrades. In my save with the Houston Texans, both the Offensive and Defensive coordinators come with practically clean slates. Hence, they’re the ones who will require more upgrades and Staff Points.
Do note that even some of the relatively basic abilities can be very useful. Some of them have two or three tiers which will make them even more efficient.
