EA has just released this new trailer forAlice: Madness Returnswhich shows off Alice’s combat moves. She bludgeons with her knight’s head club, dodges into butterflies and is stealing my heart.
Am I alone, or has the desire to play this game taken anybody else completely by surprise? I’m not suggesting thatAmerican McGee’s Alicewas a poor game but I honestly did not care much for it at all. This, even though it shares the same aesthetic, I don’t find the visuals to annoy me in the way the previous game did. This is oddly beautiful and I feel compelled to experience it fully.
