Cycling through the “original 12,” the animation reminds us of the legacy of the series that started so many years ago in 1999. Earlier today, developer ZootFly announced plans to release an action game starring Mr. T. In its announcement, it referenced the jungle, Nazis, and Will Wright. As amazing as it all sounded, we were shocked. So we had to find out — is this thing for real? Keep it under your hat for now Plucky indie developer Gears for Breakfasthas put out a tweet todaystating that there is a “special announcement” on the way, concerning their adorable retro-platforming gameA Hat in Time. Zero hints were given about this announcement, but we do know it will be made in time for the upcoming Gamescom event in Cologne, Germany. In lieu of details, we got a cute gif of some rendered characters dancing (courtesy of Macho Boy) which is exciting enough to watch in its own regard....

City Connection has announced via Twitter (thanks, Time Extension) that they’re bringing three games from Jaleco’s Famicom catalog to the Nintendo Switch as part of the JALECOlle, er, collection. These are joiningBio Warrior Dan(which was released this week),Yokai Club, andPinball Quest. One of the announced games never made it to North America, and the other two did with entirely redone graphics. Rockstar has released a new PC patch to address the framerates issues plaguingGrand Theft Auto V Onlinesince the release on the Ill-Gotten Gains DLC. “We also received some reports linking decreased performance when using Story Mode mods to TU 1.28,” said Rockstar. “As mentioned previously, we are not actively targeting players using mods in Story Mode, nor are we explicitly implementing protections against them in-game.” The 91 MB patch is available now but if you download it, be mindful that itmaynegatively affect any story mode mods (including that kick-ass Just Cause 2-esque grappling hook)....
