The Belgian-developed RPG will feature a mod that allows you to play Cow Simulator 2014, an example of what you can create withDivinity: Original Sin’sDivinity Engine Toolkit. With the Toolkit, you can create your own single player or multiplayer campaigns that support up to four players, complete with your own scripts, behaviors, dialogue, and narrative....

This is coming from a big supporter of Origins I wasn’t very happy withDragon Age II. WhereasOriginswas a glorious return to old-school RPG sensibilities,Dragon Age IIplayed like an action game that took place in the same universe. I liked the sequel for different reasons, but it felt like a wasted opportunity as it attempted to juggle some of the RPG elements fromOriginswhile having some faults of its own, like re-used environments and a lack of scale....

While the evolution requires 100,000 coins to unlock, it offers immense upgrades and new playstyle. However, this evolution only allows you to use Silver cards (or Bronze, but not Gold), and and analyzing the requirements will help you make the most of it....

Consumer watchdog The Consumerist holds an annual tournament to determine the most despised American companies. Nominations are put to the vote, and the ultimate “winner” is crowned the worst company of the year. This year,Electronic Arts has won the honor! In a poll that took over 250,000 votes, EA beat out the Bank of America for its greed and treatment of consumers, with a comfortable 64.03% lead. “To those who might sneer at something as ‘non-essential’ as a videogame company winning the Worst Company In America vote: It’s that exact kind of attitude that allows people to ignore the complaints as companies like EA to nickel and dime consumers to death,” argues the site....

Fatality performed on kommunity rumors NetherRealm Studios’ creative director Ed Boon has shut down online rumors that the studio is preparing to reveal a brand new entry in theMortal Kombatseries at this weekend’s Evolution Championship Series (Evo) tournament. As is always the case withMK, the rumors of the reveal came about because someone decided that they existed. Social media quickly started turning up the volume on whispers that Warner Bros. Games and NRS were preparing to revealMortal Kombat 12during this week’s Evo festivities....

That mobile money Facebookhas announced a newmobile gaming publishing program. They’re looking for small and medium-sized developers in order to “take their mobile games global.” So far Facebook has ten developers on board, thoughTechCrunchis reporting that there are some big studios involved too, such as Gameloft with their game calledKingdom & Lords. It’s damn near hard cracking the top of the charts, especially when a lot of what you see out there dominating is based on luck, to a degree....

The past month has seenMonster Hunter Rise,Spider-Man Miles Morales,Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, and even Supergiant’s excellentHadesall hit the number one spot. But normal order has been restored, and Electronic Arts’FIFAhas returned to the top of the UK Charts. The soccer sim managed to successfully push past Square Enix’sOutridersto regain the physical sales throne, with the brand new RPG shooter debuting outside of the Top Five at number six....
